The R&D center is located in the Nancheng Second Industrial Zone, Daojiao Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, in the Pearl River Delta region. The technical R&D team is jointly established by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Emergency Management, the South China Regional Administration of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and the Paper Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. It focuses on special scientific research projects aimed at enhancing and facilitating the international safe transportation of dangerous and flammable goods, as well as updating projects related to the national hazardous chemical industry and military ammunition.

The environmental protection standard is centered around the environmental ROHS, while the flame retardant performance standard is guided by the international UL94. The research and development technological achievements have been tested and evaluated by multiple authoritative institutions for ROHS and UL94 compliance, meeting both environmental and flame retardant performance standards. Currently, the technological achievements are among the top globally. These achievements are also widely applied in the safe transportation packaging of industrial products such as ships, military vessels, high-speed rail carriages, military ammunition, fireworks, new energy, as well as in public places and home decoration industries.
